Compositeur, clarinettiste, docteur en musique, maître de conférences à l’Université nationale des arts I.P. Kotlyarevsky de Kharkiv. Lauréat de concours nationaux et internationaux de compositeurs et d’interprètes ukrainiens.

Kotlyarevsky, titulaires d’un doctorat, lauréats d’un concours international de musique dans les catégories « Solo » et « Duo de pianos ».
